Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders, including sale items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

Exchanges & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Replacement delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.
