Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £250.
For orders below £250, a standard delivery charge of £20 applies.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed and processed, our team will arrange delivery for your purchased items. We aim to provide a smooth and convenient delivery experience across the UK.

Our delivery partners will usually contact you around 60 minutes before arrival. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods.

Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If a delivery date and tim/e has been agreed and no one is available to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge a minimum £25 failed delivery fee.

Delivery Times

Standard deliveries usually take place between 9 AM and 6 PM on working days.

Estimated delivery times:

• In-stock items: usually 5–7 working days
• Standard delivery process: may take up to 4 weeks
• Out-of-stock or made-to-order items: may take up to 8 weeks

Customers will be informed if there are any extended delivery times.

Urgent Delivery

For urgent delivery requests, please email us with your full delivery address and preferred delivery date. Our team will confirm whether your request can be arranged.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple products, items may be delivered together once all products are ready for shipment.

Large Furniture Delivery

For larger items such as wardrobes, sofas, and furniture, delivery is normally made to the ground floor entrance or doorstep of the delivery address.

Drivers are not required to carry items upstairs or inside the property unless this has been agreed in advance.

Assembly or installation is not included unless clearly stated on the product page or arranged separately.

Acceptance of Goods

Customers must accept goods within 5 days of delivery. Once goods are accepted, returns and cancellations will be handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
